Senior boxing classes We endeavour to teach our boxers that defence first is the art of boxing ‘hit without being hit’ We provide structured training sessions through qualified ABA coaching staff.
For beginners we provide foundation skills where you master the basics.

  • Junior Boxing

    Non contact boxing is ideal for young people. It has wide appeal to boys and girls, it is both fun and educational and requires minimal equipment and space.
    There can be no better way of obtaining all round fitness, self discipline, confidence and self belief. It develops strength, speed, stamina, suppleness and co-ordination.

  • Female Boxing

    Female Boxing is a rewarding sport if you want to get fit and strong and have a great time while you're doing it.
    Boxing clubs are really sociable places where you'll meet loads of people - many of them just like you - and once you've given it a go, you'll be hooked.
